Casa De Gaya arises from the inspiration generated by the body work called Body’s Manifest where the concepts of performing art interlace with systemic constellation.
A casa de Gaya surge a partir da inspiração gerada pelo trabalho corporal Body’s Manifest, onde os conceitos da arte performática se entrelaçam às constelações sistêmicas.
The body connects with nature through the four elements: water, air, fire and earth and acquires its knowledge from them. Gaya has as her main source the energy of creation, she dances through the body in a fluid way like water running through mountains, dodging obstacles, looking for new spaces to reach the ocean. She goes through spaces like air in the form of wind, bringing change and growth to our soul! Gaya manifests herself through fire burning everything that no longer fits into our lives, transforming the old knowledge into something new and creative, feeding our flame and our desires. Finally Gaya materializes herself through the earth fertilising the soil represented by internal resources and the ability to deal with the reality in which we are inserted. That way Gaya represents everything that is inside and outside of ourselves, which is revealed from movements of contraction and expansion of the body and the space.
O corpo se conecta à natureza através dos quatro elementos: água, ar, fogo e terra e deles adquire seu conhecimento. Gaya possui como fonte principal a energia da criação, dança pelo corpo de maneira fluida como água que percorre montanhas, desviando de obstáculos, buscando novos espaços para chegar ao oceano. Passeia pelo espaço como ar na forma de vento, trazendo mudanças e crescimento à nossa alma! Gaya se manifesta através do fogo queimando tudo aquilo que já não se encaixa em nossas vidas, transformando o velho conhecido em algo novo e criativo, alimentando a nossa chama e nossos desejos. E por fim Gaya se materializa através da terra fertilizando o solo representado pelos recursos internos e pela capacidade de materialização e habilidade para lidar com a realidade na qual estamos inseridos! Dessa forma, Gaya representa tudo aquilo que está dentro e fora de nós, que se revela a partir de movimentos de contração e expansão do corpo e do espaço.
